Gen 1:24-25 NIV - And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
God was pleased with all that he had made, but he still desired to make even more complex creatures. As a result, he made all kinds of creatures on day six. From the creepy crawly hermit crab to the ever so cute dog. It never ceases to amaze me that God's imagination is so vast that he was able to come up with so many different types of animals. God is omnipotent, God is omniscient, and God is omnipresent. With such a great Father, we should not only love Him, but also live in awe and fear of Him.

ReplyDeleteThanks, it was nice that this specific picture worked out because my brother was only willing to hold it for one of the pictures. He has been pinched by his pets before and so he is still pretty cautious.
